Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.

Acceptable use

You may only generate content you have the rights to create. Do not use Hypergen to produce misleading, infringing, or unlawful content, or to impersonate real people without consent.

Credits

Credits are prepaid and consumed per generation. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Credits are non-transferable.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for how generated content is used.
